Trend Trading Today (TrendTradingToday.com ) is a web site designed by traders for traders. Our staff has over a century of combined trading experience. During this time, we have determined that Trend Trading, sometimes called Swing Trading or Momentum Trading is one of the best methods for trading, whether it be equities, options, futures or forex. This site is specializing in providing valuable information for Trend Trading individual equities and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).

Over a hundred charts are readily available at the click of a link. These charts include the SPY (S&P 500 SPDRs), the main Sectors, and the top ten companies in each of these Sectors. This gives over a hundred opportunites to quickly view how each sector is performing, and which companies in each sector is performing.

At the end of each trading day, we analyze over a thousand companies using our proprietory algorithms to determine which of these stocks are trending, either up or down, and apply a score to each. Only stocks with a very high score will be reported. Our daily Trending report shows the stocks that meet our very rigid requirements. Each stock shows the percentage of the current day volume against the average volume for this stock, and shows if each company reported has hit a new 52 week high or low. When available, the report shows the next expected earnings announcement date, as this can be a useful fact in short term trading. Depending on market conditions, this daily report can include from just a few to over a hundred stocks. While we are not making individual recommendations on these stocks, they are to serve you as a starting point for you to make your own decisions whether to trade them or not. If you trade any stocks on this list and at a later date it is no longer on the list, then that is a signal for you to begin watching for a point to exit your position.
